3. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information necessary for project completion
• Respond to requests for feedback and approvals in a timely manner
• Maintain valid Shopify account credentials and subscriptions
• Ensure you have the legal right to use all content provided to us
• Pay all fees according to the agreed payment schedule

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in your specific project proposal or contract. Generally:

• An initial deposit is required before work commences
• Milestone payments may be required for larger projects
• Final payment is due upon project completion and before launch
• Late payments may incur additional fees
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you will own the final deliverables created specifically for your project. However, we retain the right to:

• Use the work in our portfolio and marketing materials
• Retain ownership of any pre-existing code, frameworks, or tools used
• Reuse general concepts, techniques, and knowledge gained

6. Project Timeline

Project timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors including client feedback delays, scope changes, and third-party dependencies. We will make reasonable efforts to meet agreed deadlines but cannot guarantee specific completion dates.

7. Revisions and Changes

The number of revisions included in your project will be specified in your proposal. Additional revisions or changes outside the original scope may incur additional fees. Major scope changes will require a new proposal and agreement.

8. Warranty and Support

We warrant that our work will be free from defects in workmanship for 30 days after launch. Support terms for ongoing maintenance will be specified in separate support agreements.

9. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Upon termination, you will be responsible for payment of all work completed to date. We reserve the right to terminate services if payment terms are not met.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
